The Lost Row Vineyard, 6 to 8 players, 45 to 60 min
The Lost Row Vineyard, located on the Rivière-des-Brumes Estate, is a family-owned winery renowned for its handcrafted wines and breathtaking scenery. For generations, the Desrochers family has cultivated its vineyards with passion, making the estate a favorite destination for both wine enthusiasts and local residents.
Founded several decades ago by Jean Desrochers, the vineyard has stood the test of time thanks to the determination of those who have managed it. After the death of his wife, Jean devoted himself entirely to the estate, passing on to his sons, Louis and Marc, his passion for quality craftsmanship and his deep attachment to the family land. Although the years brought their share of challenges and family tensions, the vineyard remained at the heart of the Desrochers family's story.
Following his father's death, Louis Desrochers took over the management of the business. Over the years, he endured several personal losses, first his mother, then his father, and a few years later, his brother Marc. Despite these hardships, he continued to expand The Lost Row Vineyard, investing in new projects and ensuring its continued growth. Today, few people know the estate better than he does.
This afternoon, Louis has invited a small group of people who have played an important role in both his personal and professional life to a private event at the vineyard. Although he has remained discreet about the reason for the gathering, he insisted on bringing this particular group together for an outdoor musical performance.
As the guests mingle and speculate about the announcement Louis is about to make, one thing is certain: this gathering was not organized by chance. Behind the peaceful landscapes of the Rivière-des-Brumes Estate lie personal interests, growing concerns, and perhaps even a few secrets that some would prefer to keep buried.
