A commercial license is required under the following circumstances:
The use of the game for profit-making purposes, whether in a public or private setting.
The promotion and organization of public events involving the game.
Operating the game at an event that charges an entrance fee to guests or participants.
Organizing the game for a virtual or public dinner party. 
 
It is prohibited to sell or alter the game or any associated documents in any way.
 
The license must be acquired at the same time as the game you plan to use. If the game has already been purchased individually, you must repurchase it with the license to receive a refund for your original purchase, within a maximum period of 24 hours. No refund will be issued for the initially purchased game beyond this time frame.
 
The purchase date (of the license and the game associated with this license) is the effective date of the commercial license for a duration of 3 months.
 
A limit of one Mysterius game per commercial license: A license must be purchased for each Mysterius game intended for commercial use.
 
Once the Commercial License purchase is completed, you will receive by email the Commercial Contract, the logo Mysterius and the Terms of Use.
